Our Team
Cole Kenefsky is the founder and managing principal of Bradley Equity, a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and repositioning of middle-income multifamily communities in markets with strong long-term fundamentals.
Prior to founding Bradley Equity, Cole served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Rockport Equity, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm based in Dallas. At Rockport, he led the firm's acquisition efforts across the Texas and Carolina markets — playing a lead role in the sourcing, due diligence, business plan development, and closing of over $500 million in transactions.
Over the course of his career, Cole has been actively involved in multifamily and industrial real estate for over a decade, with a combined transaction value exceeding $2 billion across acquisitions and brokerage. Prior to Rockport, he held roles at Berkshire Residential, Aspire Ventures, Finial Group, and Northmarq, with a consistent emphasis on multifamily acquisitions across the Sunbelt.
Cole founded Bradley Equity with the conviction that a correction in pricing, strengthening forward fundamentals, and a shift in the market cycle have created a compelling window to acquire quality assets at attractive entry points.
Cole holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University. He lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
